- Vehicle damage/repair assessment by your estimator – no appointment required.
- Development of computerized estimate in 15 minutes or less including labor and parts; estimated completion date/time.
- Customer review and approval of estimate.
- Project assigned to the production manager for quality assurance oversight.
- Work initiated, parts ordered if required.
- Upon completion, work signed-off on by all departments involved and by your estimator.
- Customer notified for vehicle pick-up or delivery.
- Customer receives the Fairway Lifetime Guarantee on completed work.
- Customer satisfaction representative calls to conduct brief satisfaction survey.
- Any survey comments or requests forwarded to Fairway for follow-up action.
