Fairway’s 10–Step Satisfaction Assurance Process

Whether you’re looking for “like-new” collision repair, or automotive repair or maintenance, Fairway relies on the same systematic approach and advanced technology to meet your expectations and ensure your satisfaction.

  1. Vehicle damage/repair assessment by your estimator – no appointment required.
  2. Development of computerized estimate in 15 minutes or less including labor and parts; estimated completion date/time.
  3. Customer review and approval of estimate.
  4. Project assigned to the production manager for quality assurance oversight.
  5. Work initiated, parts ordered if required.
  6. Upon completion, work signed-off on by all departments involved and by your estimator.
  7. Customer notified for vehicle pick-up or delivery.
  8. Customer receives the Fairway Lifetime Guarantee on completed work.
  9. Customer satisfaction representative calls to conduct brief satisfaction survey.
  10. Any survey comments or requests forwarded to Fairway for follow-up action.
