Q: Do I need an appointment to get an estimate? What are your hours?

A: No appointment is necessary for an estimate. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30a.m. – 5:30p.m. and            Saturday 9:00a.m. – 12:00p.m. The process takes about 20 minutes.

Q: Do I need more than one estimate?

A: No. There is no law requiring you to get more than one estimate. You only need one estimate from the place you want your vehicle repaired. Tell your insurance company that Fairway is repairing your vehicle and to call us if they have any questions. Fairway works with all insurance companies.

Q: Do you have towing service? Who should I call?

A: Yes, towing is available 24 hours daily at 651-483-4055. Also, you may have your car towed here at any time.

Q: What if I need a rental car?

A: If you need a vehicle during the repair process, we can make arrangements to have a rental car dropped off and picked up at Fairway. Check to see if your insurance policy includes rental car coverage.
If you are the claimant, the other parties’ insurance company will pay for the rental of a similar value car.

Q: Do you have a pick up and delivery service?

A: Fairway will arrange to pick you up or deliver your vehicle when the repairs are complete. If you wish to drop off your vehicle, we will provide transportation to your home or work.

Q: How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?

A: During the estimate process, we will use a repair formula to calculate the approximate time needed to repair your vehicle.

Q: Can my insurance company decide where I repair my vehicle?

A: No, Minnesota State Law states you have a legal right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. Fairway guarantees all its workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.

Q: I have a hybrid vehicle. Can Fairway repair my car?

A: Yes, our technicians are I-Car, ASE, Lexus and Toyota specialists.
