From the start, Fairway has been involved in industry issues and product development - initially through leadership in industry trade organizations and later because of its reputation for product and technology innovation.

Fairway’s active role in automotive product development on behalf of 3M earned it 3M “Top Shop” status and membership in 3M’s elite automotive focus panel. As a Dupont test shop and member of its Performance Alliance, Fairway assisted Dupont in developing an innovative paint spectrometer and was one of three shops trained in leading-edge paint technology. Finish Master, a leading national distributor of automotive paints, coatings and related accessories, also works with Fairway in developing solutions for auto body shops.

Through its product development partnerships, Fairway is able to offer its customers the latest products and technology for perfect color matches, paintless dent repair (PDR), enhanced process efficiencies, and “green” paint technology including Spies Hecker eco-friendly advanced refinishing systems.
