For more than a decade, Fairway has been Lexus of Maplewood’s preferred collision repair partner and is a member of the Assured Performance Network of qualified auto body shops. Because of its active role in automotive product development, Fairway has also earned 3M “Top Shop” status, and is a Dupont test shop and member of its Performance Alliance.

Through its product development partnerships, Fairway is able to offer its customers the latest products and technology for perfect color matches, paintless dent repair, enhanced process efficiencies, “green” paint technology including Spies Hecker eco-friendly advanced refinishing systems. Fairway is one of the first in the state to use a water based paint to help protect and ensure a healthy environment for employees and the community.

Certifications – education and training for excellence

Fairway has also earned and maintained top-level industry certifications including I-Car Gold; Lexus/Toyota Master Certification; DuPont Assurance of Quality collision center; as well as Automotive Management Institute, Automotive Service Excellence , Association of Automotive Service Providers - Minnesota, and Automotive Service Association certifications. Most require accredited classes and training that support a superior customer experience and comfort with the latest technology. And training is not just for technicians. Management and staff take classes too. It’s an integral part of the Fairway culture.
